| Abstract: | A Fistula in Ano is a common condition characterized by an abnormal canal, fistula tract between the anal canal and perianal skin, it is commonly caused by previous infection, typically originated in anal glands. Conventional treatment typically, envolves surgical management. Homoeopathic management with constitutional approach, offer a holistic alternative. 28years male patient treated successfully using Silica 30C on the basis of case analysis and individualization. This case highlighting the efficacy of homeopathic remedies in true surgical diseases like fistula In Ano. |
