Abstract: Building and fine-tuning PeopleSoft Financial Gateway (FG) means major steps forward in automating key financial functions. PeopleSoft FG provides a bridge between the company’s resource planning (ERP) and banking systems, making transactions more reliable and efficient. Because there are now higher demands for compliance, constant payment monitoring, and easy integration with multiple banks, financial gateway performance is a key concern for financial and corporate finance departments. The review goes into detail about the infrastructure, how it is linked to other systems, important performance indicators, and tools to help reduce errors in PeopleSoft FG. Based on statistics, results, and top practices, the study aims to guide IT managers, ERP consultants, and decision-makers in making PeopleSoft Financial Gateway more reliable and scalable for bank processes.
Keywords: PeopleSoft Financial Gateway; ERP Optimization; Bank Integration; Payment Automation; Financial Systems Architecture; Secure File Transfer Protocol; Straight-Through Processing (STP); Enterprise Compliance; Treasury Automation; SLA Monitoring.
