The presence of women in India have grown steadily, but the other phase of the same woman was not portrayed. My research topic is on the difficulties, pain, struggle, gender-based discrimination due to status, the pain which here includes both physical and mental. Through qualitative interviews, sourcing or reviewing of legal and sociological literature which highlights how marriage influences their career. Primary data collections will be based on direct face-to-face interviews, on-call and through survey and secondary data will also be collected from the existing literatures. Sampling techniques is based on years of judicial service and marital status of judges across Tamil Nadu thus, the sampling technique is snow ball method which is non-probability method. Thus, I conclude my research paper by recommending reforms and support systems to create a more inclusive and gender-sensitive judicial environment.
