In the contemporary corporate landscape, the concept of “workplace” has undergone a
significant transformation, blurring the lines between professional and personal spaces. The
COVID-19 pandemic accelerated this shift, giving rise to remote working as a mainstream
model, where people started to work from whom which feel them more comfortable then
working in a traditional method especially to current working generation millioners. This study
explores the level of comfortability employees experience in completing office tasks while
working in two distinct environments the traditional office and the work-from-home setup. The
research examines how factors such as communication, work-life balance, social interaction,
infrastructure, and organizational culture influence employees’ comfort and productivity.
Findings from this analysis aim to assist human resource managers in understanding employee
preferences, fostering engagement, and designing hybrid work models that align both
organizational efficiency and employee well-being. Ultimately, this study highlights that
comfortability is not solely dependent on physical space but on the balance between professional
demands and personal adaptability.
