As we focus on locomotor disabilities and amputation which may involve the loss of limbs or other body parts due to accidents, trauma, disease, medical conditions, surgery,or other incidents. We recognized the importance of clothing designed specifically for these individuals. Adaptive clothing is already available in the market. It is specially designed to make dressing easier for people with physical disabilities or limited mobility. These garments are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals who may face difficulties wearing conventional clothing due to age illness or injury. However, now question arise what can we do innovative in that ? How can we make adaptive clothing more comfortable functional and stylish? Why should only able bodied people have access to fashionable clothing? Why are bold colors ,trendy prints and expressive styles mostly limites to them?
We believe its time for change by adopting modular fashion and introducing deatachable and customizable designs, we can include features and create adaptive clothing that is not only easy to wear but also bold, expressive and fashion forward. This new approach empowers individuals with disabilities to embrace their style and feel confident in what they wear because fashion should be inclusive for all.
