Abstract: Weather information has become a part of everyday decision-making, whether it is planning travel, managing agricultural activities, or maintaining controlled environments like hospitals and laboratories. While many weather applications already exist, not all of them are simple, customizable, or focused on learning and development from a technical perspective. This paper presents a web-based weather forecasting system developed using Python and the Django framework. The system uses real-time data from services such as OpenWeatherMap API and displays it through a clean and responsive interface built with modern frontend technologies.What makes this system more practical is not just the display of weather data, but the additional features such as scheduled notifications, location-specific monitoring, and user feedback options. These features make the application more interactive and useful in real-life scenarios. The project also serves as a strong example of how backend technologies, APIs, and frontend design can work together to build a complete, real-world application.
