Bridge Construction is the most powerful industry in infrastructure sector in India. It consists of fly over, ROB, cable stayed bridge, cantilever bridge as well as suspension bridge. Without contribution of human and equipment effort bridge infrastructure is impossible. To find out the involvement of human and equipment in sub structure of bridge we were worked on such a concept for that we have identified activities for various components of sub structure in addition circulate a questionnaire survey with scalable parameter and analyzed data with the help of descriptive analysis as well as SPSS software. Interestingly, we found such a results which comprise 68.64% human effort and 54.84% equipment effort. To validate such a data also carried out case study of the bridge project and landed right on our previous results.
